Assign Messenger ID to Memory Dialer Contact

• To assign MSN/Windows Messenger ID to a new Memory Dialer Contact, perform the following steps:

1. Click the Start Call button on the left side of an empty Memory Dialer cell (Memory Dialer cell – component part of the Memory Dialer pad, designed for storing and managing all Contact information), the arrow button next to the Level (Level – a certain phone number – Business, Business 2, Mobile or Home – assigned to one of the fields in Memory Dialer cell), or right-click the empty cell and select “Create New Contact…” from the drop-down menu.

2. Select “MSN/Windows Messenger™” tab on the “Memory Dialer – Create New Contact” form and enter the Messenger ID of the current Contact in the appropriate field of this form.

3. Right-click on the newly created Contact, or click the arrow button next to the Level, point to “First Messenger” or “Second Messenger” and select "MSN/Windows Messenger" on the drop-down menu. The First Messenger icon is displayed on the top left side of a Memory Dialer cell once it has been enabled, and the Second Messenger icon – on the bottom left side.

In order to assign Messenger ID to an existing Memory Dialer Contact (Memory Dialer Contact – a contact assigned to a Memory Dialer cell. Memory Dialer Contact information includes Name details (First Name, Last Name and Nickname), Phone numbers (Business, Business 2, Mobile and Home), and also Skype Name(s) and MSN/Windows Messenger ID),

1. Right-click the selected Contact, or click the arrow button next to the Level, point to “First Messenger” or “Second Messenger” and select "MSN/Windows Messenger" on the drop-down menu. The First Messenger icon is displayed on the top left side of a Memory Dialer cell once it has been enabled, and the Second Messenger icon – on the bottom left side.

2. Right-click the MSN/Windows Messenger status icon displayed next to the Memory Dialer Contact and select "Assign MSN ID..." on the shortcut menu (Shortcut menu - a menu that shows a list of commands relevant to a particular item. To display a shortcut menu, right-click an item).

3. Enter MSN/Windows Messenger ID of the current Contact in the appropriate field of the “Memory Dialer – Assign Messenger ID” form.

If the entered Messenger ID does not belong to your MSN/Windows Messenger Contacts list yet, click the Add to Messenger… button to add this ID to your Messenger Contacts list and enable communication with this Contact using MSN/Windows Messenger™.

Note: When the entered Messenger ID already belongs to your MSN/Windows Messenger Contacts list, Add to Messenger… button is disabled.
