After installing Memory Dialer on your workstation, a new Quick Dial toolbar is added to the standard Outlook toolbar. It allows calling the assigned phone numbers directly from Microsoft Outlook using Outlook Dialer dialing mode.

To start using this toolbar, first of all you need to assign the preferred phone numbers to the appropriate Quick Dial buttons:

  1. Select the phone number you want to assign to an Outlook Quick Dial button on the Memory Dialer pad.

  2. Right-click the selected number, or click the arrow button next to the Level (Level – a certain phone number – Business, Business 2, Mobile or Home – assigned to one of the fields in Memory Dialer cell), point to “Assign Number to Outlook Quick Dial:” and choose the Button (Button 1, Button 2, Button 3, etc.) to assign the selected phone number to.

Afterwards you can call the assigned phone numbers by simply clicking the appropriate buttons on Quick Dial toolbar.

For convenient navigation, when you position the mouse pointer over the Quick Dial button, the Contact’s full name, phone number and type (Business, Business 2, Home, or Mobile) is displayed next to the selected button.
