Memory Dialer pad contains 30 cells for storing Contacts with up to 4 phone numbers (Business, Business 2, Home, Mobile) per each one. Every Contact’s Skype™ and MSN/Windows Messenger™ status can also be displayed on the left-hand side of the Cell. This software has the functionality to store Recent Call List of the preferred length (30 phone numbers by default), so you can redial the recently called Contacts in just a few clicks.
To start working with Memory Dialer, you only need to either create Contacts directly on Memory Dialer pad, or import them from Microsoft Outlook. You can use one of the five Dialing Modes to call the selected Contacts:
Outlook Dialer, if you have a modem connected to a voice telephone line;
Just Tone (Per speakers) - this mode can be used for dialing the number with a telephone working in tone dialing mode,
Microphone & Speakers mode is applicable when the computer is equipped with a speakerphone full-duplex voice modem,
Using Phone (Per Modem) option uses computer modem to dial numbers, and then user talks via regular phone,
Skype Out launches Skype™ to phone the contact.
Additionally, Memory Dialer adds a special Quick Dial toolbar to the standard Outlook toolbar that allows you to call the assigned phone numbers directly from Microsoft Outlook.
