Import Contacts from Outlook

To import Contacts from Microsoft Outlook and store them in Memory Dialer cells, the following actions need to be performed:

1. Click the Start Call button on the left side of an empty Memory Dialer cell (Memory Dialer cell – component part of the Memory Dialer pad, designed for storing and managing all Contact information), the arrow button next to the Level (Level – a certain phone number – Business, Business 2, Mobile or Home – assigned to one of the fields in Memory Dialer cell), or right-click the empty cell and select “Import Contact from Outlook…” from the drop-down menu.

2. Select the preferred Contacts on the “Memory Dialer - Import Contacts” form and click the Select button . You can use Ctrl + Left mouse click to select multiple Outlook contacts and assign them to the empty cells of Memory Dialer.
