View & Edit Memory Dialer Contacts

When a Contact is stored in Memory Dialer cell (Memory Dialer cell – component part of the Memory Dialer pad, designed for storing and managing all Contact information), his phone numbers are assigned to 3 Levels. By default, the phone numbers are assigned in the following order:

 

 

Level 1 – Business phone (B);

Level 2 – Home phone (H);

Level 0 – Mobile phone (M). 

 

Please, note that by default Contact’s full name is displayed in the Level 0 field (Field – integrate element of a Memory Dialer cell, designed for assigning Contact phone numbers to) of Memory Dialer cell. Still, when you position the mouse pointer over the Level 0 field, or start editing Contacts directly on Memory Dialer pad (i.e., click the Store button ), Level 0 phone number (by default - Mobile) is displayed.

 

You can change the currently displayed name details of any Memory Dialer Contact (Memory Dialer Contact – a contact assigned to a Memory Dialer cell. Memory Dialer Contact information includes Name details (First Name, Last Name and Nickname), Phone numbers (Business, Business 2, Mobile and Home), and also Skype Name(s) and MSN/Windows Messenger ID) by right-clicking the selected Contact, or clicking the arrow button next to the Level, pointing to View as: and choosing the preferred Name details (Full name, First, Last or Nickname) to be displayed in Level 0 field.

 

Using toolbar buttons, drop-down menu items, and drag-and-drop you easily edit Memory Dialer Contact information as well as change the Contact position on Memory Dialer pad.
