Working with Memory Dialer

Definitions:
Memory Dialer cell – component part of the Memory Dialer pad, designed for storing and managing all Contact information.
Field – integrate element of a Memory Dialer cell, designed for assigning Contact phone numbers to.
Level – a certain phone number – Business, Business 2, Mobile or Home – assigned to one of the fields in Memory Dialer cell.
Memory Dialer Contact – a contact assigned to a Memory Dialer cell. Memory Dialer Contact information includes Name details (First Name, Last Name and Nickname), Phone numbers (Business, Business 2, Mobile and Home), and also Skype Name(s) and MSN/Windows Messenger ID.
Introducing Memory Dialer:
Memory Dialer cell contains 3 fields for assigning phone numbers to, and control elements – Start Call button and the drop-down menu, accessible by right-clicking on the cell, or clicking the arrow button on the right-hand side of each field. Additionally, it may also contain Skype and MSN/ Windows Messenger shortcut menus (Shortcut menu - a menu that shows a list of commands relevant to a particular item. To display a shortcut menu, right-click an item), accessible by right-clicking on Skype/Messenger status icon (/).
Note: Empty and filled-in cells contain different commands on the control elements:
Clicking the Start Call button on an empty cell opens the drop-down menu for importing or creating new Contacts to be assigned to a cell, as well as right-clicking on the cell, or clicking the arrow button on the right-hand side of each field.
Clicking the Start Call button on a filled-in cell dials the phone number of the selected Level using the chosen dialing mode;
Right-clicking on the cell or clicking the arrow button on the right-hand side of each field opens the drop-down menu containing the following items and commands:
All available phone numbers of the Contact – Business, Home, Mobile, Business 2 and <empty> (no phone number).
Name details displaying options – View as: Full Name, First, Last, Nickname.
Open Outlook Contact command for opening the previously imported Outlook Contact assigned to a cell.
Edit Contact command for editing the Contact information.
Delete Contact command for deleting the Contact assigned to the current cell.
Import Contact from Outlook… command for importing and assigning Outlook Contacts to Memory Dialer cells.
Assign Number to Outlook Quick Dial: Button 1 through to Button 9 command for assigning phone numbers to the Quick Dial toolbar buttons in Microsoft Outlook.
First Messenger MSN/Windows Messenger, Skype and <empty> (no messenger) command for setting the first messenger for a Contact assigned to the current cell. The First Messenger status icon is displayed on the top left side of a Memory Dialer cell.
Second Messenger MSN/Windows Messenger, Skype and <empty> (no messenger) command for setting the second messenger for a Contact assigned to the current cell. The Second Messenger status icon is displayed on the bottom left side of a Memory Dialer cell.
